Is there a cost for this referral service?

No — this service is completely free to you. Depending on the situation, the receiving agent may pay me a portion of their commission as a referral fee. All the agents I refer love working with the quality of clients I connect them with, this saves them marketing dollars in finding new clients and they will hope to earn your future referral business in the new city as well. 

Will you stay involved after the introduction?

Not always, but sometimes it helps. In certain situations, working with specialists (buyer vs. listing agent) can lead to better results. Part of our discovery conversation will also be to determine if a REALTOR® Team may be the best fit for your situation. Where they will have various agents to help you with different aspects of the transaction(s).

Yes. Rules, contracts, timelines, and regulations can vary by province. That’s just one of many reasons why working with a local expert is so important.
